A modern room provided a pleasant stay, complete with comfortable beds and effective blackout curtains for a restful night. Breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious, highlighting the hotel's attention to guest satisfaction. The gym was well-equipped, and staff interactions were consistently friendly. However, access to dining options is limited after 10 PM, and the area can feel quiet and subdued late at night.

Ah, the culinary gems around here! Times Square Kitchen had sizzling steaks that played a melody on my tastebuds. The ambiance was vibin' too. Our Double Queen Room was cozy with spacious design —perfect for unwinding after a food quest!
Service at the front desk? A bit of a snooze, especially when that other guest jumped ahead without a heads up. Kinda made check-in a drag, but the overall vibe kept it from being a total bust.

missingWrote a review on Jul 31unwelcoming check-in
The check-in experience felt unwelcoming, as we encountered a prolonged wait despite arriving exhausted. A lack of basic hand soap in a handicap accessible room stood out as an inconvenience, especially given the expectations for cleanliness and comfort. The bed, while adequate, felt harder than preferred, making restful sleep elusive.

The Double Queen Room offered generous space that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The modern decor provided a fresh and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. I particularly appreciated the city view, which was a treat to enjoy during the evenings.
However, the breakfast situation was disappointing.

The King Guest Room was cozy and pretty much like the pictures. Everything felt fresh since the hotel is new. The bed was comfortable, but it did get a bit noisy at night. The bathroom was decent, though the shower pressure could've been better. Overall, a solid place to crash.

New hotel, looks just like the website photos. Paid for the WiFi, which I was told was free. Breakfast was affordable, only $2 for a toasted bagel. Area is nice but everything closes around 10pm. Would have liked some complimentary water available instead of having to buy it.
